Bill Payment Options and Procedures

• All units are rented on a month to month basis. The first month may be prorated, but all following months are paid for monthly. 
• We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. We also offer autobill feature or on line payments.
• All rent is due on the 1st of each month. If there is a lock still on your unit at the 1st of the month, full rent is due for that month. Rent will be pro-rated for move outs only on the first ten(10) days of the month. 
• In the event your account is overcharged due to an entry error, we will refund your account within 24 hours of being notified of the discrepancy.
